Healthscope Independence Services in Geelong seeks a dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to clients in SIL settings.
You will assist with routines, meal prep, and community activities, ensuring person-centred care and safety.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Disability or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with solid communication and organisational skills.
