DBG Health & IPA is seeking a commercially minded Category Manager to lead the Beauty portfolio, focusing on skincare and cosmetics for independent pharmacies.
You will shape category strategies, drive sales, profitability, and compelling in-store experiences through close collaboration with leading beauty brands and suppliers.
You will develop Joint Business Plans, negotiate contracts, and guide pricing, promotions, and assortment to strengthen IPA members' competitiveness in the evolving
