We're looking for aPhysiotherapistto join our growing team at Peakhurst Health & Performance.
This is a wide-ranging role suited to a physio who enjoys getting patientsout of the treatment room and into the gym.
You'll work across private musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, WorkCover/CTP, NDIS, aged care and community physiotherapy.
You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in our established seniors exercise programs, including strength, balance and falls-prevention classes.
Our approach combines hands-on physiotherapy where appropriate withexercise-based rehabilitation, progressive loading and strength & conditioning.
With a large private rehabilitation gym integrated into the clinic, you'll have the space and equipment to progress patients from their initial injury or surgery through to higher-level strength, return to sport and everyday function.
Full-time is preferred, however part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
Assess and manage a diverse physiotherapy caseload
Treat private musculoskeletal, sporting and post-operative presentations
Develop and progress individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs
Manage WorkCover, CTP, NDIS and aged-care clients
Provide community and home-based physiotherapy
Be involved in our seniors strength, balance and falls-prevention programs
Facilitate group exercise and rehabilitation classes
Help patients progress beyond symptom management towards meaningful improvements in strength, function and independence
About you
We're open to everyone fromnew graduates through to experienced physiotherapists.
More important to us is finding someone who fits the way we work.
You'll ideally:
Hold an approved Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration, or be eligible for registration
Enjoy exercise rehabilitation, progressive loading and strength & conditioning
Be confident or keen to develop your skills working within a gym environment
Value hands‐on treatment where appropriate while recognising the importance of active rehabilitation
Enjoy working with a diverse caseload, from athletes and post‐operative patients through to NDIS participants and older adults
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be comfortable working independently while still enjoying being part of a supportive team
Be motivated to continue developing clinically and professionally
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle for community visits
Dual-qualified Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologists are particularly encouraged to apply.

We've grown into an established allied health and rehabilitation clinic with300+ five-star Google reviews, a strong local referral network and a diverse patient base across private practice, rehabilitation, disability, aged care and community health.
A major part of our clinic is ourprivate rehabilitation gym.
We want our physiotherapists to have the space and equipment to properly rehabilitate patients rather than being limited to a treatment room.
We're also a teaching clinic working with both theUniversity of Sydney and Western Sydney University, regularly providing clinical placements for physiotherapy students.
Teaching, mentoring and clinical development are an important part of our clinic environment.
