BOQ Group is seeking a KYC Refresh Analyst to join our Financial Crime Operations team.
You'll be customer-facing, updating KYC information, ensuring AML/CTF compliance, and maintaining accurate data across systems.
You'll manage your own caseload, hit targets, and collaborate with teammates to drive improvements while delivering a positive customer experience in a rapid-paced environment.
