Westside Support Services Pty Ltd in Werribee is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist an active young person with complex disability and high support needs.
The role involves 1:1, 2:1 and overnight shifts at home and in the community, supporting communication, regulation and independence.
The role requires trauma-informed practitioners with de-escalation skills, experience with autism/ID, and a gentle, calm approach.
