WE'RE HIRING – FRONT COUNTER & SALES PERSON
Tyres & More Hemmant is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Front Counter & Sales Person to join our growing team.
If you know your way around cars, tyres and the automotive industry, enjoy talking to customers and have a natural ability to turn enquiries into sales, we want to hear from you.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for:
Customer service & front counter enquiries
Answering phones & responding to customer enquiries
Tyre, wheel and automotive quotes
Booking vehicles into the workshop Software
Following up quotes and potential sales
Building solid relationships with customers
Assisting with fleet and business customers
Processing invoices, orders and general administration
Helping keep the front counter running smoothly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who:
Has automotive or tyre industry experience
Has strong sales and customer service skills
Can confidently quote tyres, wheels and automotive work
Is organised and can manage multiple jobs at once
Has a friendly, professional attitude




Is reliable and takes pride in their work
Can work as part of a busy team
Has the confidence to pick up the phone and chase a sale!
Experience in tyres, wheels, mechanical or automotive sales is highly regarded.
