About the role
As a Program Educator, you'll help create engaging, safe and meaningful experiences for school-aged children before school, after school and during school holiday programs.
You will:
Create fun, engaging and inclusive experiences that reflect Jabiru's philosophy and the My Time, Our Place Framework
Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues and school partners
Support children's wellbeing, inclusion, agency and voice through play-based experiences
Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a high-quality OSHC program
Follow policies,



procedures and compliance requirements with a strong focus on child safety
Help create a space where every child feels welcomed, valued and connected
About you
You genuinely enjoy spending time with school-aged children and understand how important OSHC can be in a child's day.
You are:
Warm and approachable, with a genuine interest in children and their wellbeing
A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Collaborative, respectful and comfortable working as part of a team
Creative and curious, with a willingness to try new ideas and experiences
Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to child safety
Open to learning, reflection and professional growth
Someone who wants to contribute to a workplace where people feel safe, included and valued
What you'll need
You'll have one of the following:
Certificate III in School Age Education, Early Childhood Education, Education Support, Youth Work or another qualification recognised by ACECQA
Or an equivalent qualification, including more than one year of full-time university study in areas such as: Education, Creative Arts Drama, Music, Community Services, Behavioural Science, Nursing, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Sport & Recreation
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
