Join our Patient Bookings team and play an important role in helping patients access the care they need.
As a Patient Bookings Officer, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our patients, providing friendly and compassionate service while booking appointments and answering enquiries.
Your shift
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 23 hours per week
Start window: between 8.00am and *****pm
Please note that your rostered start time may vary within the listed start window.
You'll need to be available to work the full shift pattern outlined above.
Training & hybrid working
You'll complete 7 weeks of part-time onsite training at our Campbelltown office, with ongoing coaching and support.
Following successful completion of training, you'll be eligible for a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and work-from-home days.
What you'll do
Answer a high volume of patient enquiries and assist with appointment bookings
Book, change and manage medical imaging appointments
Provide transparent and accurate information to patients
Update patient records across multiple systems
Manage inbound, outbound and digital enquiries
Deliver a high standard of patient service
Work collaboratively with our clinics and healthcare teams
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, empathetic and patient-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment




Detail-oriented and organised
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Reliable and willing to learn
Previous contact centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
