The Role – Trainer and Assessor (TAE)
As aTrainer and Assessor, you will deliver compliant and engagingTAE training and assessment, support learners throughout their studies, and provide high-quality assessment feedback.
You will work with participants from a wide range of industries, includingVET, VETDSS and foundation skillscontexts.
Delivery is a combination of:
Online / virtual classroom delivery
Face-to-face deliveryat schools or client premises
Assessment marking and reporting from home
Key Responsibilities
DeliverCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****)and related skill sets




Facilitate engagingface-to-face and online training
Providelearner supportand academic guidance
Mark assessments in line withASQA and RTO compliance requirements
Provide clear, timely and constructiveassessment feedback
Maintain accurate records in line withRTO compliance standards
Contribute to continuous improvement oftraining resources and assessment tools

About You
You will have:
Current qualifications meeting ASQA's Credentials Policyfor delivery of TAE training products (Diploma of VET or higher)
Demonstrated experience as aTrainer and Assessor
Strong facilitation, communication and assessment skills
Sound knowledge ofVET compliance and ASQA standards
A commitment to high-quality training and learner outcomes
