About the role
You'll lead all aspects of dealership performance, driving sales, profitability, customer experience and team success across Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories and Finance & Insurance.
Leading and developing high-performing teams
Driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Building a strong culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
Implementing growth initiatives, events and promotional activities
Maintaining strong relationships with Harley-Davidson, customers and the local riding community
Managing dealership KPIs, financial performance, compliance and manufacturer standards
Creating a dealership that customers love and employees are proud to be part of
About you
You're a proven business leader with a track record of delivering results through people.
You'll bring:
Leadership experience within a dealership, automotive, motorcycle or specialty retail environment
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive profitable growth
Experience leading multiple teams and managing business performance




A history of improving customer satisfaction, team engagement and operational outcomes
Outstanding communication, coaching and leadership skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
An appreciation for the Harley-Davidson brand, lifestyle and community will be highly regarded
