Job Description
Estia Health Oakleigh East is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join as Wellbeing (Lifestyle Assistant) on a casual/part-time basis.
You will deliver engaging, varied activities and provide personal care to residents, helping them feel valued, protected and connected.
You'll work in a supportive team, build genuine relationships, and tailor activities to residents' interests.
The role requires compassion, organization and a warm, welcoming approach within a compassionate aged care
