We're looking for new cleaners to join our team here at Sunshine Coast Cleaning Experts, servicing Caloundra and surrounding suburbs.

If you're someone with an eye for detail who loves to clean and will enjoy plugging in your favourite music, podcast, or audiobook while working your own hours — this may be the perfect position for you.
We offersteady casual employment, and you get to choose your working days acrossMonday to Friday, as long as you can stick to them every week.
This is important, as we can't keep changing your desired work days around.
PLEASE NOTE:We give current hires around***** hoursof work per week to start, until reliability and consistency is proven.
Once that's established,***** hoursa week becomes available.
Daily start and finish times vary depending on the day's schedule, generally somewhere between7:30am and 2pm.

To be considered for the role, we only require that you have:




A police clearance (or the ability to attain one once onboarded)
A reliable car
A smartphone (iOS/Android) to download our cleaning app and training platform
Ability to work during school holidays
More information:
Pay is runevery week on a Monday
Superannuation is paid weekly
Yourtraining period is fully paid
Clear path to grow with us: start as a Trainee, progress to Professional Cleaner, and beyond into Team Leader and management roles as the business expands
Regular check-ins with your team and recognition when you're doing great work

Award hourly rate: $*****/hr
12% superannuation contributions
$1.01 per km travel allowancebetween cleans
Get paid your hourly rate while you travel between cleans

No experience necessary— full paid induction and ongoing training provided
Most of our cleans are for recurring customers (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly), so this job isn't as mentally or physically exhausting as some other cleaning jobs, because we focus on care and upkeep rather than always deep cleaning
All equipment, uniforms, chemicals, and insurance provided
