Assist a NSW Government department in acquiring land for infrastructure projects.
You will leverage your knowledge of real estate valuations and of the just terms land acquisition act to ensure successful a fair purchase price for designated property.
You will have developed complex capabilities in valuing real estate, navigating the JUST TERMS LAND ACQUISITON ACT and, managing stakeholders to reach successful outcomes.




This job will provide you with excellent exposure to current government thinking and will be exceptionally beneficial for your career.
You will be required to have 50% in-office attendance and WFH/ hybrid.
The office locations are Nowra (attend on a Tuesday or Wednesday) and/ or, Wollongong on Thursday.
You are required to have 3 years' experience with the JUST TERMS AND ACQUISITON ACT.
And, be recognised by the Australian Property Institute as a REAL ESTATE VALUER.
Other tertiary qualifications in addition to this are highly desirable.
Mandatory Skills:
Attention to detail.
Broad Experience in real estate valuation.
Demonstrated experience in Just Terms.
Experience with Just Terms Land Acquisitions Act.
Minium 3 years undertaking valuation with regard to Just Terms.
Tertiary qualifications as a real estate valuer, recognised by the Australia Property Institute
Background checks required:
2 x Reference checks (mandatory)
Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
Police check at offer
Code of Conduct accepted (mandatory)
