Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking an Internal Communications Advisor for a fixed 12-month term based in Blackburn, Victoria.
You will deliver strategic internal communications that engage staff, support organisational priorities, and strengthen connection across the organisation.
You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex information into transparent messaging, develop campaigns, and enhance employee experience through effective channels and content.
