We’re working with a energetic civil builder that’s quietly carving out a reputation for delivering smart, design-led projects across South East Queensland. From urban renewal precincts to large-scale civil and mixed-use developments, their work is diverse, interesting, and built to last.

They’re looking for a Contract Administrator to step into a pivotal role — someone who knows their way around budgets, contracts, and claims, but is also hungry to grow, contribute commercially, and bring fresh energy to the team.

This isn’t a ‘tick-the-box’ environment. It’s a business that values people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and back themselves without needing to shout.

Your Day-to-Day:
Full contract admin duties from tender through to final account
Procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract negotiation
Managing variations, claims, EOTs, and payment schedules
Supporting PMs on commercial decisions and keeping projects on track
Helping refine internal systems and mentoring junior staff as the team grows

What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years’ CA experience in civil, infrastructure, or mixed-use builds
Comfortable with both site and office responsibilities
Excellent commercial instincts with solid attention to detail
A team player who’s confident, clear, and brings good energy
Degree-qualified in Construction Management or equivalent (or on your way there)
