You’ll lead end-to-end tender submissions across commercial, community, and mixed-use projects — supported by a smart, capable team and backed by a leadership group that values your ideas.

Key Responsibilities:




Leading EOI and tender submissions from early engagement to final delivery
Coordinating input from estimating, design, and delivery teams
Writing compelling bid content and creating client-focused messaging
Managing timelines, submission design, and compliance
Driving continuous improvement in bid strategy and process

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in bid management, submissions, or marketing within construction
Excellent written communication and project coordination skills
Experience working on bids $5M–$100M+
Passion for storytelling and sharp commercial instincts
