You’ll have the chance to:
Shape brand and category strategies that actually influence business direction
Identify recent opportunities by understanding shoppers, competitors, retailers and market trends
Bring new products and ideas to life - from the initial concept through to launch
Help decide where products should play, how they should be positioned and how they can grow
Turn data and insights into clear commercial actions
Work closely with Sales, suppliers, retailers and internal stakeholders to bring plans to life
Develop creative brand activations and communications across relevant channels
Support retailer programs, range reviews, promotions and customer initiatives
Become the go-to person for your brands and categories

What you'll bring
You’ll ideally have 5+ years’ experience across areas such as:
Brand Management
Product Management
Category Management
Trade Marketing
FMCG / Consumer Products

Experience working with retailers,



distributors or specialty channels will be valuable, as will exposure to NPD, product launches, pricing, promotions and range reviews.

Pet industry experience is welcomed - but it isn't essential.

What matters more is that you’re commercially curious, quick to learn and confident connecting the dots between consumers, brands and business results.

You’ll also bring:
Robust commercial and analytical thinking
Excellent stakeholder and relationship skills
A creative approach to solving problems
Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication skills
The ability to turn data into a story - and a story into action
A genuine appetite to learn, improve and make things happen
