Part time Embroidery Warehouse Coordinator

Part-Time | 15–25 hours per week

Prezent Apparel is looking for an organised, reliable and hands-on Embroidery Warehouse Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day workflow of our apparel and embroidery warehouse.

About the Role

You will help coordinate customer orders from receiving garments through to embroidery, quality checking, packing and dispatch.

Key responsibilities:
Receive and check incoming garments and stock
Prepare and organise garments for embroidery
Coordinate daily production priorities
Monitor orders and ensure deadlines are met
Check embroidery quality, placement and garment specifications
Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
Maintain accurate stock and order records
Keep the warehouse organised and productive
Identify and resolve stock, quality or order discrepancies
Work closely with our Sales and Production teams

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and highly detail-focused




Reliable and able to work independently
Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
Comfortable managing multiple orders
A valuable communicator and problem solver
Comfortable using computers and inventory/order systems
Physically capable of handling cartons and garment orders

Previous experience in warehousing, apparel, embroidery, printing or uniforms is highly regarded but not essential.

Experience with commercial embroidery, garment decoration or stock control will be an advantage.
