Are you an experienced events qualified who thrives on bringing exceptional events to life?

We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Specialist to join a highly regarded organisation on a full-time, 5-month contract , with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

Based in Melbourne, this opportunity offers a diverse and rewarding portfolio of events, giving you ownership from planning and coordination through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, registrations, venues and supplier coordination.
Coordinate onsite event delivery across a range of internal and external venues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and event partners.
Support donor-focused events, stakeholder meetings and site tours.
Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for attendees and guests.
Assist with the delivery of upcoming events including cocktail functions, lunches and networking events.

About You




Previous experience coordinating or managing events from concept through to delivery.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality events.
Experience within the not-for-profit, healthcare or donor engagement sectors will be highly regarded but is not essential.
