Truck Washer – Full Time

Lytton, Brisbane | $29–$35 per hour, depending on experience | Overtime available Rogers Transport is looking for a reliable Truck Washer to join our team at our recent Lytton facility. This is a full time, hands-on role looking after the presentation of our trucks, trailers and equipment.

You’ll work in a purpose-built, covered wash bay, giving you protection from the sun and rain while you work.

Your hours
Monday and Friday: 6:30am–2:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Overtime available

What you’ll be doing
Washing trucks, trailers and other fleet equipment
Cleaning wheels, chassis and other areas that need extra attention
Removing road grime, grease and marks from vehicles and trailers
Checking your work to maintain a consistent standard across the fleet
Keeping the wash bay, tools and equipment clean and organised
Letting the workshop team know if you notice damage or maintenance issues
Moving vehicles around the site where licensed and authorised to do so

What we’re looking for





You’ll be someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in a job done properly. You’ll need to be reliable, able to work independently and comfortable working around heavy vehicles. Previous truck washing, vehicle detailing or similar experience would be helpful, but your attitude and attention to detail matter just as much. An HR or HC licence is desirable and would allow you to assist with moving vehicles when required.
