We are currently partnering with leading property developers, advisory firms and investment managers to appoint Property Analysts who bring solid technical capability and commercial insight.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting investment decisions through the preparation of detailed feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling. You’ll work closely with acquisitions, development and finance teams to assess project viability, optimise performance and shape portfolio strategy.

Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain complex feasibility models using Excel, EstateMaster
Undertake market research,



due diligence, and competitor benchmarking
Analyse investment returns, project metrics and risk scenarios
Prepare internal reports and investment papers for senior leadership
Support ongoing monitoring and performance analysis across projects

About you:
Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Property, or related field
2–4 years' experience in property analysis, advisory, or funds
Excellent Excel skills with exposure to modelling tools like EstateMaster
Commercial mindset and ability to interpret property data and trends
