We currently have two Parts Administrator roles available for an immediate start, with a leading dealership, specialising in motorcycles, ATVs, and outdoor power equipment. These positions play a vital role in providing administrative support to their sales staff and providing customers with an exceptional customer service experience.

About You/The Role
Data Entry
Arranging paperwork
Counter Customer Service
These are support roles for the Parts Departments
Answering phones - taking and sending messages
Getting parts ready for collection and ensuring they are signed for
Previous admin and customer service experience is desirable - on phones and with customers
Hours: 8.15am for an 8.30am start - 5pm Monday - Friday, with an alternative Saturday morning
