About The Role

As Venue General Manager, you are the heartbeat of our Noosa venue bringing the energy, setting the tone, and leading a team that genuinely loves what they do. You will own the day-to-day: every shift running like clockwork, every guest walking out happier than they walked in, and the vibe always high.

Whether you're leading from the front on the floor or working closely with your Area Leader on the bigger picture, this is your chance to build a culture, drive real performance, and create something your team is proud to be part of.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading, rostering and developing a high-performing venue team
Owning day-to-day operations: labour costs, stock control, COGS and P&L; performance
Setting the standard for guest experience and making sure it's delivered every single shift
Recruiting, onboarding and training recent team members




Partnering with your Area Leader on venue performance and growth initiatives
Creating a culture people want to stay for

What we're looking for
Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR or retail environment
A genuine guest-first mindset: you notice the details that make an experience great
Confidence with rostering, cost control and day-to-day venue financials
A natural leader who builds trust quick and brings the best out of a team
Someone who thrives on energy and pace, and doesn't wait to be told what to do
