: /n · As a Lead Developer you will develop solutions for Continuous Improvement items as defined/discussed with Senior Tech Lead from Group Property & Group Protective Services Technology team /n · Groom Continuous Improvement items in JIRA and Confluence working along with Tech Lead /n · Create a Change Implementation Plan (CIP) /n · Implement the change on non-prod environment /n · Create a change for non-prod and prod. Coordinate with L3 team for CTASK creation for the Deployment /n · Coordinate with Testing team (as applicable) for SIT and UAT /n · Coordinate with Business to provide solution overview along with Tech Lead (so need a Lead Developer) /n · Ability to work with vendor to discuss on solution/problem statement /n /n Primary Skills: /n · Min 10 years of IT experience /n · Tech skills – VB.Net, VB script, MS SQL or MySQL, Rest API, PowerShell, HTML /n · Operating System: Basic awareness of Windows/Linux /n · Knowledge of Jira,
