But it works. We’re one of the world’s favourite wine clubs, shipping millions of cases a year to curious wine lovers. Adding value to our customers’ experiences with us by having personalised conversations to understand their wine-buying preferences and placing bespoke orders tailored to match these

Helping to build customer trust in Naked Wines by delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times, strengthening relationships with our customers and increasing advocacy

Managing your time effectively to make outbound telephone calls, achieving work rate and sales targets

Acting as the eyes and ears of the business, helping to spot and communicate trends and anticipating issues and improvements

Processing customer orders

Taking responsibility to improve your product knowledge and advising customers on purchases

Delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times

Supporting the Customer Happiness Team with inbound customer contacts by exception as and when required
