Hotel Esplanade (The Espy) is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of our front-of-house food and service operations across multiple spaces within the venue.

n

With our current Restaurant Manager moving into a Head Office role, we're looking for a strong hospitality leader who can continue developing our teams, elevate service standards and bring a genuine focus to the food and dining experience across The Espy.

The role

n

You'll oversee the operations of Mya Tiger, Louey's, Espy Kitchen, Ghost Bar and the Green Room, working closely with the Venue Manager and broader leadership team.

n

You'll be responsible for:

Leading FOH food, beverage and service operations across multiple outlets
n
Rostering, training, coaching and developing the team
n
Developing and embedding robust sequences of service
n
Driving consistently high service and guest experience standards
n
Working closely with the Venue Manager on large-scale events
n
Developing and executing concepts that drive revenue and venue performance
n
Financial oversight and cost control across your areas of responsibility
n

About you

n

You'll be an experienced Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader with a strong background in high-volume food and beverage operations. You know what excellent service looks like, understand the commercial side of running a successful operation and enjoy developing teams.
