Job Description

The City of Gold Coast invites graduates to join its 12-month Graduate Academy, starting February 2027. This full time fixed-term program offers hands-on experience across governance, regulation and policy, with mentorship from industry leaders and a pathway to qualified accreditation.

Participants will work on city-wide initiatives, gain real-world exposure, and be supported through a tailored development program, network-building and cohort events.
