Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and effective Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Sofitel Brisbane Central. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

What you will be doing:
Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy
Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted
Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift
Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a secure and secure setting for both guests and employees
Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished
Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports
Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
