Best Western Plus Buckingham International is a 4-star hotel located in Melbourne south east.
We are currently seeking an experienced and well-presented individual to join our Front Office team as a F/T or P/T receptionist.
Applicants must be professional, well presented, have excellent work ethic, written and verbal communication skills and committed to their work.
The role will require attention to detail, excellent computer skills, prepared to multi task, high level of customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to show initiative.
A background in the hospitality/tourism industry is preferred and knowledge of Property Management System would be an advantage but not essential.
Minimum of 6 months hospitality experience is required for this position.
We are expecting a customer service oriented all-rounder to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Able to use our room reservation system to answer customers' inquiries and make reservations




High level meet and greet clients
Cooperate with F&B;, and housekeeping for any hotel operation or guest-related matter.
Client relationship management
