Job Description
Working in a team at a local Japanese family-owned bakery in Seaford.
The bakery has been established since **** and is well known for friendly service and passion for quality products.
Key responsibilities
Preparing daily cakes and savory items including Vanilla slice, choux pastry, biscuits, pie fillings, Danishes and etc.
Prepare retarding dough
Birthday cakes
Icing on baked items
Food safety control
Cleaning and restocking
About you
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry chef/Baker
Ability to work in fast paced setting
Available to work 4-5 days from Tuesday to Saturday
Available to work from 4:30am to 12:30pm
Own car
