NoosaCare is seeking a Full time Hotel Services Manager to lead catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance across two aged care facilities on the Sunshine Coast.
You will drive service excellence, manage budgets and oversee diverse teams to support resident comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
Reporting to the COO, you will ensure compliance with standards, lead quality initiatives and collaborate with clinical leaders to optimise resident outcomes in a rewarding aged care environment.
