Sales Consultant | Established Home Builder's | Multiple Locations in SEQ
Our client's are well-established home builder's recognised for their quality homes, award-winning designs, and exceptional customer experience.
With continued growth, they are looking to add experienced Sales Consultants to their display home program.

Up to $100K + Super + uncapped commission paid on contract signed
Established systems and processes with information readily available to consultants
Choose where you want to work - Locations include Bridgeman Downs, Greenbank, Springfield and Burpengary

A healthy budget for marketing materials and regular promotional initiatives
About the Role




Welcome and guide customers through the display & home-building journey
Manage your sales pipeline effectively and follow up on leads
Present tenders and answer any queries clients may have
Maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM records
Weekend work is required
About You
Proven current home sales experience with a residential builder in a display environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to have a proactive approach to identifying and maximising sales opportunities
Experience reading floor plans and consulting on moderate design changes
