EVT Group's Rydges Australia Square in Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, room service and events, ensuring guests receive consistently excellent service and the team runs safely and profitably.
You will supervise rostered shifts, coach casual and permanent staff, and step onto the floor during peak service to maintain high standards and a excellent guest experience.
