We are partnering with a well-established, values-driven aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager for a welcoming, community-focused residential facility in Toowoomba.

About the Role
As Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care across a large residential aged care facility.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive team culture.
Leading clinical and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
Overseeing care planning, assessments, and medication management
Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
Mentoring and supporting nursing and care staff
Collaborating on workforce planning, budgets, and operational improvements
Driving a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care
Strong understanding of Australian aged care compliance and quality standards
The ability to lead, mentor, and engage teams in a facility setting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full working rights in Australia
Local candidates are highly regarded, though relocation support (within Australia)
