Job Description
The Perth Mint in East Perth invites applications for a casual customer service role (20 hours per week) with an immediate start.
You will engage customers, support bullion sales and buybacks, and help customers with bookings, onboarding, and product enquiries in a highly secure setting.
You will authenticate precious metals, complete reconciliations, and assist with Click & Collect, stock control, and recordkeeping, all while adhering to strict regulatory and security standards.
