The Role
Manage a neurosurgery territory across NSW South and ACT
Partner with neurosurgeons, theatre nurses, purchasing and clinical stakeholders
Drive growth across a premium portfolio of neurosurgical consumables, implants and capital equipment
Support product evaluations, onboarding and education within hospital environments
Identify growth opportunities across existing and new accounts
Work collaboratively with an experienced Victorian and national neuro team
About You
You are a motivated and relationship-focused medical device sales professional who enjoys technically specialised products and working within hospital environments.
You will bring:
Medical device sales experience within hospitals or surgical environments (essential)
Confidence working with surgeons,



theatre staff and clinical stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-driven and team-oriented approach
Commercial drive and a genuine interest in learning
Experience in neurosurgery advantageous but not essential
OR you maybe an ex-theatre nurse with some time as a clinical specialist or in pharmaceutical sales ready to move into med device sales
This role could suit someone currently working within surgical devices, theatre consumables, implants or adjacent medtech specialties looking to move into a highly specialised portfolio.

Package
Base salary in line with experience
$20K car allowance + tolls
Bonus opportunity approx.
$40K OTE (multiplier uncapped)
Additional employee benefits and extra leave days
This opportunity is only open to candidates who are eligible to work in Australia and hold the appropriate Visa to work permanently and a Full Driver's License.
