About the role

This full-time Warehousing Role offers an exciting opportunity to join the team at GP HVAC Group in Somerton, Victoria. As a key member of our warehousing and distribution operations, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our inventory, storage, customer fulfilment, and light manufacturing activities.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective stock control measures
Operating various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order picking systems
Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers
Performing light sheet metal assembly for HVAC products
Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work setting

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics role, preferably within the HVAC, transport, or distribution industry




Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records and quality workmanship
A team player with solid communication and problem-solving skills
A valid forklift licence and a commitment to workplace health and safety
