About Our Client

Our client is a well established construction and engineering firm that have a strong pipeline of public and private sector contracts. Located in Ravenhall, this position will have you working in a wider team of six and being very hands-on with day to day business operations. This role will be 4-days onsite and 1-day work from home.

Job Description
Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to management.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Assist with Tax, BAS, and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Be accountable for weekly payroll.
Ability to interpret and understand construction EBA's.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.




Collaborate with the Head of Finance to enhance financial performance and cost control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager will be demonstrate:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Qualified accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA).
Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Thorough knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
Payroll experience.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

What's on Offer
$125,000 - $135,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
