Responsibilities:
Operate and manage lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in the planning and execution of lifting operations.
Communicate effectively with crane operators and site personnel.
Conduct pre-lift checks and inspections of lifting equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and equipment usage.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
Relevant Dogman certification and licences.
Experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and lifting procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
