Job Description n

We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated, motivated and passionate Child Care Room Leader to take on the position with our team at our Noahs Ark Learning Academy Revesby. Pay: $73,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Lead a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with EYLF and NQS
n
Design and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
n
Guide and mentor assistant educators within your room
n
Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented team culture
n
Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication
n
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging
n
Contribute to continuous improvement, team meetings, and career development
n
Maintain high standards of health, safety,



and regulatory compliance
n

n

Requirements The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and highly motivated and have the following skills and experience:

n

n
Must hold an ACECQA nationally approved diploma (or higher) education and care qualification
n
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Child Care Educator
n
Full unrestricted Australian working rights
n
Current, valid
n

Working with Children's Check nn
Current Senior
n

First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training nn
Positive understanding of the
n

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) nn
Good computer skills in order to use our online programming software
n
Availability to work any shift between 7.00am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
n
