Western Cape College Boarding Campus located in Weipa, Far North Queensland, seeks a compassionate Guidance Officer to provide wellbeing support to students across social, emotional and educational needs within a 24/7 boarding environment.
You will build trusting relationships, collaborate with families and staff, and help students plan for transitions, future education and employment.
The role requires solid communication and culturally respectful practice.
