Job Description
Package up to $ 166,549 pa.
Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $ 146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely
About the role:
The Senior Organisational Development Lead manages, coordinates, reviews and provides advice on a range of organisational development programs, and initiatives to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.
About you:
Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, culture, engagement, inclusion or organisational effectiveness programs in a complex and diverse organisation.
Demonstrated capability in organisational diagnosis, intervention design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and the use of qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve organisational outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology, behavioural science, business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent skilled experience.
Willingness and ability to travel in accordance with position requirements.
