We are partnering with a leadinggeneral insurance organisationundertaking a significant transformation across its underwriting technology and operating environment.
This is a senior delivery role responsible for leading complex technology transformation acrossunderwriting, policy and core insurance platforms, working across business, technology and senior stakeholders.
The Role
Lead a majorinsurance technology transformation program
Deliver change acrossunderwriting, policy administration and associated platforms
Manage multiple technology and business workstreams across a complex environment
Work closely with underwriting, product, operations and technology teams
Lead program governance, SteerCo reporting, RAID and complex dependencies
Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners
Drive platform modernisation, process simplification and improved business outcomes
Support opportunities acrossdata, automation and AI
Manage program budgets,



delivery plans, resources and key milestones
Ensure effective transition from transformation into BAU
About You
ExperiencedSenior Program Managerwith a track record delivering large, complex technology programs
Stronggeneral insuranceexperience
Experience acrossunderwriting, policy administration or core insurance platforms
Broaderclaims transformationexperience will also be highly regarded
Strong business-facing capability — able to work effectively with senior insurance stakeholders
Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs
Strong executive and SteerCo communication
Comfortable operating across complex matrix environments
Able to bring together business, technology, product, data and vendors
Pragmatic, hands-on delivery style with the ability to operate at a strategic level
