Department of Families, Fairness & Housing VIC in Mildura invites applications for a Practice Leader in Aboriginal Family Led Decision Making.
You will collaborate with practitioners to strengthen case practice, support service delivery, and back up teams.
A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and knowledge of the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle, plus ability to co-convene AFLDM meetings and provide education and consultation to staff and Aboriginal organisations.
