Job Description
NSW Health in Sydney is seeking an Aftercare Lead to drive district-wide integration of aftercare services, including The Way Back NSW Aftercare Service, for people following suicide attempts or crises.
Based at Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde, you will coordinate hospital and community mental health and suicide prevention services, develop visibility strategies, and contribute to governance and training aligned with Suicide Prevention Care Pathways.
