Job Description
Synergy is recruiting a Case Manager for our Vulnerable Customer team based at Perth Central Park.
You will deliver compassionate support to customers facing socio-economic challenges, family and domestic violence, and financial hardship, using a trauma-informed approach.
In this 12-month role, you will manage a caseload, provide education to improve energy literacy, and collaborate with internal teams to connect customers with financial assistance and services while upholding regulatory
