Job Description
Sinclairs events is seeking an experienced Cook for a cafe at East Maitland Bowling Club.
The role is casual or permanent part-time, operating 3pm–9pm Thursday to Monday, offering weekend work and team-based collaboration in a busy setting.
Responsibilities include preparing cafe-style meals, maintaining a clean and protected kitchen, and coordinating with front-of-house staff while adhering to food health and safety standards.
