carsales.com.au is seeking a Customer Success Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract in Sydney, NSW.
You will manage a portfolio of 300 dealer customers, acting as their trusted adviser, delivering strategic guidance and data-driven insights to boost product adoption, engagement and long-term success.
You will partner with Sales, Advertising and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities to expand business with customers across the lifecycle.
