About the Prospect

We are currently partnering with a growing Perth-based resources company to recruit a dedicated Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join their finance team at their office in Subiaco.

Reporting directly to the AP Manager, this newly created dual role is ideal for an experienced accounts payable skilled looking to expand their skill set into end-to-end payroll (or vice versa), supported by a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end processing of high-volume Accounts Payable invoices and matching purchase orders.
Assisting with weekly/fortnightly payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
Supplier statement reconciliations and handling internal/external payment queries.
End-of-month reporting, ledger reconciliations, and assisting the wider finance function.
Assisting in system updates and continuous process improvements.





Key Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in an Accounts Payable or dual AP/Payroll role within the mining or resources sector is highly regarded.
Systems: Experience using Pronto ERP is strongly preferred.
Growth Mindset: An eager attitude and willingness to learn payroll or pick up new systems/processes as the business expands.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and solid communication skills.
