Job Description

QT Melbourne Rooftop is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead a high-energy, premium service team. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue across food, beverage, and events.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ months in hospitality management, robust leadership, and excellent communication. RSA and VCGLR competencies required; rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
